The Role

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer with strong C# and Power Platform experience to join our remote team. You’ll work on internal tools that support our business processes and help us scale efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customise solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE)
  • Build and maintain plugins, workflows, and automation using C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate
  • Work closely with analysts and users to understand business needs
  • Integrate Dynamics with external systems via APIs and Azure Functions
  • Follow coding best practices and contribute to clean, scalable solutions
  • Implement and integrate Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications and integrations.
  • Ensure best practices for coding, performance optimization, and security compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and system configurations.

 

Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong knowledge of C# and JavaScript
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Good spoken and written English

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure Functions, Dataverse
  • Microsoft certifications (Dynamics, Power Platform)
  • SQL Server, SSRS, or SSIS knowledge

 

Work Setup & Culture

  • Remote-first, with working hours aligned to UK time zone
  • Meetings no later than 17:00–18:00 UK
  • Minimal meetings, maximum autonomy
  • A team that values practical solutions and clear ownership
