Program Coordinator

We are looking to add a strong player to our team. Vacancy of Program Coordinator would be perfect for a person who is intelligent, confident, likes order but is ready for challenging tasks; can be creative about routine tasks but not easily bored; is a strong team player but can work independently; high level of self-discipline is crucial for this position. Previous experience of working in IT industry would be nice, but not mandatory.

We are looking for a colleague based in Ukraine and offer a remote work option within Ukraine (not from abroad).

Requirements: 

• Upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel) and/or GoogleSuite (Sheets, Slides) backed by usage experience
• Quick and self-motivated learner
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and accommodate extra hours when required for urgent requests (not on a daily basis)
• Careful, thorough, dependable, well-organized, meticulous, well-disciplined
• Knowledge of business ethics, good communication skills 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate resource allocations and time reports
• Prepare and validate invoices and billing statements
• Basic support of P&L reporting
• Expense reports preparation
• Prepare and validate internal and external reports on request
• Provide support in the organization of program-specific trainings and events
• Work with company’s internal departments (HR, recruiting, ES, travel, etc.) and with customers representatives on program management requests
• Other duties as assigned
