Project Manager to $2000

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for product features roadmaps from end to end;
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed project documentation, define UI/UX flow, provide basic wireframes, be involved in work breakdown process, prioritize and manage scope of the project backlog;
• Manage development team and engineers by organizing appropriate tasks in the Jira (or similar) tool and monitoring development processes;
• Interact with our partners and collaborate with internal and external teams (R&D, Designers, BA, DevOps, etc.);
• Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features;

• Risk identification, delegation and elimination. RAID log.

   

Requirements:

• Experience as a IT Project Manager for 2 years or above;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English is or above;
• Experience working with several projects simultaneously (preferably as an end to end SDLC);
• Understanding the stages of software development, and IT product life cycle;
• Understanding of flexible project methodologies and experience in using task trackers;
• Effective communication skills (related to the working process and professional ethics) and expertise in communication with customers;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and build a work plan in accordance with these priorities;
• Desire to adhere to high standards of work, focus on service quality and responsibility to the client;
• Experience in project scope management and scheduling;
• Ability to work independently on projects and make your own decisions.

It will be an advantage:

• Dev or QA technical background (education, completed courses, etc.);
• Proven history of successful work with cross-functional teams;
• Knowledge and practical experience of applying the change management methodology (ADKAR, or other).
