About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Eurekos. This role extends beyond traditional project management and includes responsibilities typically associated with a Business Analyst and Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, business process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and full project lifecycle management.

We work closely with businesses to streamline training processes, integrate with existing systems, and provide insights through analytics. As we continue to evolve, our goal is to enhance the learning experience while maintaining a reliable and flexible platform that meets the needs of diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Oversee project scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring delivery within constraints.
• Coordinate between internal teams (CTO, CPO, developers, product teams) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, and vendors).
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring teams follow best practices in Scrum/Kanban.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing roadblocks.
• Monitor and analyze launched internal business processes for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and automation.
• Assign work tasks, manage workload, and ensure proper distribution of work effort among project team members.
• Motivate team members, ensure productivity, and promote team collaboration in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Manage and review technical documentation, release management, and risk management processes.
• Ensure effective communication with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and managing expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the LMS, e-learning, or SaaS industry.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC best practices.
• Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process optimization.
• Expertise in managing multiple teams across different locations and time zones.
• Ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects with complex dependencies.
• Understanding of software design, development, testing, and delivery methodologies.
