Product-Project Manager

We are a fast-growing, dynamic company running two innovative startups – MasterShot and Wispence. 

• MasterShot is a cutting-edge platform designed for the pre-production and production stages of filmmaking. It helps filmmakers streamline scheduling, scene visualization, and shot listing, making project execution seamless.
• Wispence is a personal health and wellness app, integrating fitness, nutrition, meditation, and well-being tips to help users build a healthier lifestyle.

We are seeking a Product-Project Manager to join our startup team and lead product development. You’ll work directly with the founder to shape product features, manage a team of developers and a designer, and ensure smooth execution and deliver
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the founder to define the product vision and roadmap
• Break down features into clear, actionable tasks for the development team
• Plan and manage sprints, hold daily standups, and track progress
• Coordinate work between developers and the designer
• Perform quality checks and ensure timely delivery of features
• Report progress to stakeholders with clear and concise updates
• Help maintain and improve internal workflows and documentation
  
   

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or a similar role in a tech startup
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle (especially for SaaS)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to turn ideas into structured, well-defined tasks
  
   

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working on products in the creative or wellness space
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, Amazon Web Services, and DigitalOcean (from a managment perspective)
