Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial strategy of the company, overseeing financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and financial goals.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure business growth and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial investments to optimize company performance.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and business expansion.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of financial management, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
• Extensive experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
