Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, including partnerships, new market segments, and product innovation.
• Analyze and leverage customer data to inform growth initiatives and improve customer lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set growth goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize the company’s digital presence and marketing channels to increase visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt and improve growth strategies.
