Main Responsibilities

• Act as an Informatica IDQ Analyst / SQL Developer in a team of 5–10 technical professionals based in Ireland and across Europe.
• Deliver data for the SAP Finance system and support SRB regulatory requirements.
• Ensure robust and compliant solutions that meet both technical and regulatory standards (including BCBS).
• Work with technologies such as Teradata, Informatica, Axon, SAP, AWS, Alteryx, and SAS.
• Collaborate with end users from the Finance Business Unit in an Agile environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven expertise with Informatica IDQ, Teradata, Alteryx, and SAS.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT projects.
• 5+ years of direct collaboration with end users in financial institutions.
• 5+ years in leadership roles with the ability and motivation to lead teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions in regulated financial environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working in matrixed, multicultural teams.
• Proactive and innovative approach, focused on process improvement and challenging the status quo.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong background in databases, SQL, and ETL tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on Agile experience with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience in BCBS data delivery initiatives.
