Requirements

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing several engineering teams, planning, organizing, and directing the completion of the delivery commitments.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (including fluent English language skills).
• Good understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones.
• Self-starter and proactive.
   

Job responsibilities

Communication and Collaboration:

• Arrange and lead daily sync-ups to monitor project progress, identify blockers, and facilitate issue resolution through additional calls as necessary.
• Conduct regular one-on-one calls with team members for risk reduction and to address individual concerns.
• Demonstrate open and transparent communication skills within the project team and with the client.

• Possess good presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
   

  Logistics Management:

• Manage the shipment of equipment from the client to engineers.
  Coordinate equipment purchasing.
• Hiring and Recruitment:
  Manage the recruitment process, including new hirings and conducting project management interviews for candidates.

• Arrange interviews between clients and potential candidates, accommodating different time zones.
   

  Team Development:

• Assist in the development plan for team members, supporting their professional growth within the company.

• Organize mentoring and training programs for newcomers, assigning mentors and monitoring progress.
   

  Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver periodic work and vacation reports for clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
