Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) Offline
Digis is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our remote team.

We provide an online payment and patient onboarding platform designed to support pharmacies in delivering a seamless digital experience. Our solution enables pharmacies to enhance revenue, improve medication adherence, and reduce administrative workload by offering a streamlined checkout process for their customers.
With a patient-centric approach, the platform allows users to conveniently pay for medications, add over-the-counter products, schedule deliveries or curbside pickups, and complete medical-related forms—all in just seconds from any device.
Our white-labeled, customizable payment solution integrates with leading pharmacy management systems, ensuring greater efficiency and accelerating time to revenue. Committed to security and reliability, the platform is hosted on AWS ECS and adheres to the highest cloud security and data integrity standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering within a regulated orcompliance-heavy industry
- Experience with AWS services, especially ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch
- 2+ years of experience working with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including encryption, IAM policies, secrets management, and network security
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and willingness to support quarterly PCIreviews and documentation
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Would be a plus:
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience working on healthcare-related projects
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure with a strong emphasis on compliance withPCI and HIPAA standards
- Lead efforts to implement and standardize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across our AWS environment
- Manage vulnerability management processes, working closely with security teams toidentify, address, and mitigate potential risks
- Develop and enhance monitoring and alerting systems to improve system observability and support cloud security
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to support secure and seamless deployment
- Support quarterly PCI reviews and assist the compliance team in maintaining PCIdocumentation and processes
- Proactively monitor and manage cloud resources to ensure high availability, security, and performance
- Support incident management processes, ensuring timely issue resolution andcontributing to the prevention of future incidents.
