Senior Blockchain Developer (Blockchain Governance and Auditing) Offline

Core Mission

As our Senior Blockchain Developer, you'll be the technical watchdog for our portfolio projects. Your deep blockchain expertise will help us:
✅ Audit progress of funded teams' technical execution
✅ Identify red flags in code quality or development pace
✅ Bridge communication between our DAO and project dev teams
✅ Make go/no-go decisions on continued funding based on technical milestones

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Due Diligence: Review smart contracts, GitHub activity, and technical roadmaps
• Progress Monitoring: Track development sprints against promised milestones
• Security Oversight: Ensure proper auditing processes are followed
• Risk Assessment: Flag potential technical debt or scalability issues
• Reporting: Provide clear technical updates to our governance committee

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on blockchain development experience
• Expert-level Solidity/Rust (portfolio of deployed contracts required)
• Deep understanding of:
  • Smart contract security best practices
  • Common DeFi/NFT vulnerabilities
  • Gas optimization techniques
• Experience with multi-sig governance and DAO tooling
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
