Sales manager to $1500

Live and Study in Europe, education and immigration services provider, is seeking for professional, competitive, self-motivated, and self-disciplined English-speaking Sales Manager who is interested in solid and stable income potential with an emerging, results-driven company.

Pre-sales activities include responding to incoming inquiries from hot sales leads (both B2C and B2B), customer needs analysis, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and coordinating the subscription process to ensure timely solution deployment & billing.

Post-sales activities include renewal activities and customer retention activities.

About the position:

  • Build trust in the company and ensure our customers are provided with accurate product knowledge
  • Achieve international sales goals set by the management team
  • Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and departmental KPIs
  • Uncovering customer’s needs and presenting an accurate high-level overview of our value proposition
  • Listening to unique business problems and communicating easily understood solutions
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of Live and Study in Europe’s products and best practices to provide value to customers
  • Provide personalized support that aligns with our company brand and voice, directly impacting our customer retention
  • Assisting with the creation of immigration-related content and client testimonials, its distribution to existing customers, and future prospects.
  • Accompaniment of clients upon their arrival in the destination country, placement and paperwork processing to legalize long-term stay when required
  • Ability to work harmoniously with others towards individual and team targets

About the candidate:

  • University diploma in business, marketing, economics, or other closely related areas
  • Advanced English verbal and writing skills
  • 1−3 years' experience in international sales
  • Track record of quota achievement
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications
