Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our Platform Team—someone who is not only an exceptional developer but also a technical leader capable of driving innovation, mentoring colleagues, and advancing our technology.
 

Technical Responsibilities:

● Lead the development of high-scale backend services using Python (FastAPI) and frontend applications with React and TypeScript.

● Design and optimize cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring scalability and performance.

● Work with SQL databases and MongoDB, building efficient data models and optimizing queries.

● Take ownership of architectural decisions, ensuring the use of best practices in software engineering, security, and DevOps.

● Improve our CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes to enhance automation and efficiency.

● Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.

● Act as a mentor and technical leader, guiding junior developers and fostering a culture of excellence in the team.

● Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement).

● Ensure smooth sprint execution, helping the team maintain focus and deliver high-quality features on time.

● Manage JIRA workflows, tracking progress, removing blockers, and optimizing sprint velocity.
 

What We’re Looking For:

● 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on both backend and frontend.

● Expertise in Python and FastAPI, with a deep understanding of RESTful API design and async programming.

● Strong front-end development skills with React.js and TypeScript.

● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and building distributed systems.

● Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB), with experience in query optimization and data modeling.

● Experience as a Scrum Master or strong familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira workflows.

● Ability to mentor, guide, and inspire teammates, drive architectural decisions, and push the team forward.
