Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development executive with 1-3 years of experience in generating sales leads for SaaS Technologies. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the MICE industry and a track record of identifying and nurturing high-quality leads.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the events and exhibitions industry.
  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage lead pipelines, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies to engage prospective clients and communicate the value of ExpoPlatform’s SaaS solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in lead generation.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales development, preferably in SaaS technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation software.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience or strong knowledge of the MICE industry is a plus.
