Trainee / Junior HR Generalist

GT Protocol is a leading Web3 company in the cryptocurrency market since 2019, harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence to revolutionize trading and investments.
 

Embark on a two-step journey towards potentially joining our team:

• First Stage: Test Task.

• Second Stage: Interview with our HR team to get to know each other better (approximately 1 hour).

   

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
• Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee support.
• Help maintain and develop HR policies, documentation, and compliance records.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities and internal events.
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee feedback collection.
   

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Web3 and crypto.
   

Required Skills

• Attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
