HR People Partner

FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.
We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.

Main areas of work:

  • Betting/Gambling Platform Software Development β€” software development that is easy to use and personalized for each customer.
  • Highload Development β€” development of highly loaded services and systems.
  • CRM System Development β€” development of a number of services to ensure a high level of customer service, effective engagement of new customers and retention of existing ones.
  • Big Data β€” development of complex systems for processing and analysis of big data.
  • Cloud Services β€” we use cloud technologies for scaling and business efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying and supporting employees throughout the entire lifecycle of work in the company.
  • Interaction with department heads on team building it’s and further development.
  • Administration and development of key HR processes: pre-boarding, onboarding, completion of probationary period, 1:1, performance review, compensation review, employee retention, offboarding.
  • Monitoring of team engagement levels.
  • Supporting employee training and professional development initiatives.
  • Resolving HR issues related to internal processes and HR changes.
  • Analysing and improving internal HR processes and policies.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in HR People Partner or similar position.
  • Experience of working in companies with more than 500 employees (IT experience will be a significant advantage).
  • High communication skills, ability to interact effectively with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Understanding of the principles of performance management, talent development and employee motivation.
  • Experience in implementing key HR processes: pre-boarding, onboarding, probationary period completion, 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, salary reviews, retention, offboarding.
  • Skills in building and optimizing HR processes.Ability to build effective internal communications, resolve conflicts and maintain a positive team climate.
  • Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of empathy, ability to listen and understand the needs of the team.
  • Organized, ability to effectively plan and structure work processes.
  • Communicative, inquisitive, proactive approach to problem solving.
