Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough lead searches on Upwork and other freelance platforms, aligned with the agency’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Qualify leads based on project fit, budget, timeline, and client background
  • Analyze trends and patterns in job posts to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Write personalized cover letters, tailoring proposals to match each client’s needs
  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with the sales and delivery team to prepare custom proposals and improve win-rate
  • Track results and report on key metrics like response rate, conversion rate, and bidding performance
