Fractional .NET Architect for US Healthcare Project

We are looking for a proficient .NET architect to conduct a thorough architecture assessment of a healthcare project targeting the US market. This role involves evaluating and optimizing a system designed to service medication vending machines, currently in the scaling phase.

As a result of the architecture assessment, you need to prepare the following artifacts:

• Assessment Report: Produce a detailed document that outlines the evaluation methodology, findings, and recommendations, assessing the overall architectural health.
• Architecture Diagram Reviews: Critically analyze existing architecture diagrams, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Gap Analysis: Conduct a comparison between the current architecture and the desired state or industry best practices to identify critical gaps.
• Compliance Matrix: Ensure the architecture meets all regulatory, security, and organizational requirements specific to the US healthcare sector.
• Recommendation Roadmap: Develop a prioritized list of architectural improvements with clear timelines for implementation.
• Performance Assessment: Evaluate system performance to ensure it meets the required standards.

• Integration Assessment: Review and optimize how the system integrates with other components in the healthcare ecosystem.

   

Required Experience:

• Strong background in .NET architecture with specific experience in healthcare applications.
• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with HIPAA and securing healthcare IT systems.
• Experience working with US healthcare systems.
• Knowledge of HL7 and FHIR integrations is highly desirable.
