Required Skills:
6+ years of professional experience building multi-tier applications and services; 
Good knowledge of .NET and C#; 
Good knowledge of asynchronous programming (TAP, RX, DataFlow, CSP); 
Experience with latest versions ASP.NET, WebAPI and its infrastructure; 
Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MS SQL); 
Experience working with EF and ADO.NET; 
Practical usage of OOP and TDD; 
Experience working with MSA; 
Practical usage of Docker containers.

As a Plus:
Experience with profiling and optimizing code for performance;
Logging and metrics monitoring tools;
Experience working with Azure cloud infrastructure;
Experience with orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Swarm;
Experience with MQ, Redis, NoSQL.

Responsibilities:
Write a new code and perform refactoring of the old one, with well balanced proportion;
Perform a code review, write UnitTests, check system logs and metrics;
Build reusable code, services and libraries for team and whole company use;
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability;
Participate in architectural decisions.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis for software development projects.
• Experience in producing business analysis artifacts (UML, BPMN, Use Cases, Business Rules, Functional & Non-Functional Requirements, User Interface Design Specifications, etc).
• Experience using management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps etc).
• Strong understanding of API concepts and application architectures (client-to-server, server-to-server etc).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database principles.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders and tech teams.
• Analyze business requirements and transform them into Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
• Decompose BRD into user stories and technical tasks.
• Document the “AS-IS” logic and functionalities.
• Conduct gap and impact analysis.
• Facilitate grooming and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Maintain detailed logs of all open questions and issues.
• Provide support to developers, QAs, sales team, compliance team and SaaS clients throughout all stages of the SDLC.
• Analyze product metrics after feature release.
