Your responsibilities:

๐Ÿ”ธ Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, leading them to closing the deal 

๐Ÿ”ธ Conversion of inbound demos into paying customers

๐Ÿ”ธ Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for potential  clients

๐Ÿ”ธ Act as a trusted Account Executive, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage

๐Ÿ”ธ Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date 

๐Ÿ”ธ Work closely with different teamsโ€”including marketing, product, and customer successโ€”to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience

๐Ÿ”ธ Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting improvements on the existing process 

๐Ÿ”ธ Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect
 

Your skills:

๐Ÿ”น 1+ years of experience in Sales Account Management/Account Executive or Customer Support/Customer Success roles

Experience with leading live Demos

๐Ÿ”น Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken

๐Ÿ”น Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions

๐Ÿ”น Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success

๐Ÿ”น Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product

๐Ÿ”น Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

๐Ÿ”น Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

๐Ÿ”น High attention to detail

 

Would be a plus:

๐Ÿ”น Experience with CRM systems  

๐Ÿ”น Understanding of marketing tools and strategies

๐Ÿ”น Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)

๐Ÿ”น Familiarity with Coupler.io, other MarTech platforms

๐Ÿ”น Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment

๐Ÿ”น Proficiency in Spanish
