Your responsibilities:
๐ธ Conduct live demos and onboarding sessions for prospective inbound clients, leading them to closing the deal
๐ธ Conversion of inbound demos into paying customers
๐ธ Manage inbound sales and proactively identify upsell opportunities for potential clients
๐ธ Act as a trusted Account Executive, helping clients maximize product value, explore new features, and optimize their usage
๐ธ Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date
๐ธ Work closely with different teamsโincluding marketing, product, and customer successโto deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience
๐ธ Monitor and evaluate your calls and sales performance, suggesting improvements on the existing process
๐ธ Build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust, transparency, and respect
Your skills:
๐น 1+ years of experience in Sales Account Management/Account Executive or Customer Support/Customer Success roles
Experience with leading live Demos
๐น Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken
๐น Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions
๐น Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success
๐น Excellent software literacy and ability to dive deep into the product
๐น Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
๐น Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
๐น High attention to detail
Would be a plus:
๐น Experience with CRM systems
๐น Understanding of marketing tools and strategies
๐น Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.)
๐น Familiarity with Coupler.io, other MarTech platforms
๐น Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
๐น Proficiency in Spanish
