Role Overview 

 

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive lead generation, funnel optimization, business development, and marketing operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution and understands the nuances of building and scaling growth strategies. You will work closely with the founder and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

 

  • Own the lead generation strategy—develop and execute campaigns, optimize targeting, and drive traffic across multiple channels. 
  • Optimize marketing funnels to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. 
  • Execute business development initiatives, identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships to expand Enablism’s market reach. 
  • Actively engage in outbound strategies, including ABM outreach, cold outreach, and personalized campaigns to drive qualified leads. 
  • Design and run multi-channel campaigns across content marketing, outbound sales, paid media, and co-marketing collaborations. 
  • Manage marketing operations, ensuring accurate data tracking, lead attribution, and performance reporting. 
  • Align messaging with buyer pain points and pre-sales workflows by collaborating with the product team. 
  • Analyze and optimize performance metrics to improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximize lifetime value (LTV). 

What We’re Looking For: 

 

  • 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or business development, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment. 
  • A track record of executing marketing initiatives that drive measurable results with minimal oversight. 
  • Experience in building and optimizing marketing funnels that convert leads into long-term customers. 
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). 
  • Strong data-driven mindset, making strategic decisions based on analytics and performance insights. 
  • Ability to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance lead generation and brand visibility. 
  • Advanced English for confident written and verbal communication with partners, clients, and media.
