We’re looking for a Community Coordinator to plan and run fun, engaging, and meaningful events that keep our tech community connected, learning, and having a great time. Whether it’s a knowledge-sharing session, a team-building activity, or a virtual meetup, you’ll be the mastermind behind it all!
What you’ll be doing:
- Organizing tech community events—from expert talks to interactive workshops.
- Planning team-building activities to keep our teams engaged and connected.
- Juggling multiple projects—keeping everything running smoothly and on schedule.
- Coming up with new, fun ideas to make every event a success.
- Collecting feedback to improve and make each event better than the last.
- Managing event gifts, merch, and little surprises to keep things exciting!
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of event planning experience (educational, technical, or team-building events) in IT.
- Strong English skills (B2+) — you’ll be communicating with an international team.
- Super organized — you can handle multiple projects like a pro.
- Creative & proactive — you love coming up with fresh ideas and making things happen.
- Analytical mindset — you know how to track event success and improve for the next one.
