eBay Account Manager to $2000

We also sell on eBay, Walmart, NewEgg, and through direct sales channels.Our team of around 40 specialists includes experts in marketplaces, procurement, B2B sales, logistics, and virtual assistance.We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical  eBay  Account Manager with experience in e-commerce to help take our brand to the next level.
 

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented eBay Account Manager to oversee and grow our eBay sales channel. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, specifically managing eBay seller accounts, optimizing product listings, handling customer service, and driving sales.
 

Requirements:

✨Proven experience managing an eBay seller account. 

✨Strong knowledge of eBay SEO (Cassini Search Engine), listing strategies, and optimization techniques. 

✨Familiarity with eBay Seller Hub, Terapeak, and third-party listing tools. ✨written and verbal English. 

✨Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

✨Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. 

✨Experience with customer service and dispute resolution on eBay. 

✨Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes related to e-commerce.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

✨Experience using eBay advertising tools (Promoted Listings, Promotions Manager, etc.). 

✨Basic photo editing skills for product images. 

✨Experience with multi-channel selling (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.). 

✨Understanding of eBay API and automation tools is a plus.
 

Responsibilities:

⭐️ eBay Store Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our eBay selling account, ensuring compliance with eBay policies and best practices. 

⭐️Listing Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions. 

⭐️Pricing Strategy: Monitor competitors and market trends to set competitive pricing while maximizing profit margins. 

⭐️Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain a high seller rating by providing excellent support. 

⭐️Marketing & Promotions: Implement promotional campaigns, eBay ads (Promoted Listings), and discounts to drive sales growth. 

⭐️Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and eBay analytics to optimize store performance and identify growth opportunities. 

⭐️Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to eBay’s policies, including return policies, shipping standards, and performance metrics.
