Talent Sourcer

We invite a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Newxel, who will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier IT professionals to join our customer’s growing teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with diverse skill sets and experiences. Requirements

• 1.5+ years of proven experience in Talent Sourcing preferably within the IT or technology sector
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements
• Expertise in Boolean and x-Ray search
• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, DOU, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional network

• At least Intermediate English (both written and spoken)

   

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Sourcing Leader to understand specific skill requirements and project objectives
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through online channels, social media, professional networks, and industry events
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, challenges, and potential candidate pipelines
• Actively seek feedback and stay informed about emerging best practices in talent acquisition and sourcing

• Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline the sourcing process for increased efficiency and effectiveness
