Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve top rankings for key search queries.
• Conduct SEO audits (content, links, technical aspects) and competitive analysis.
• Manage WP Developer to create and launch new websites from scratch, including semantic research, content, link-building, and API integration.
• Optimize link-building processes while reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Together with AI-team automate SEO workflows using AI and no-code/low-code tools.
• Together with Data Analyst develop dashboards to track SEO performance.
• Establish transparent task tracking, stand-ups, and efficient team management.
• Develop team members to Middle level and implement a structured learning system.

Key Competencies:

• Ensure 100% delivery of strategy through systematic task management and performance tracking (experience with task managers is desirable)
• Optimize existing processes with adherence to metrics
• Get uncommon type of links (linkexchange, 301, pbn, schoolarships, exc.)
• Сomfortable to set technical tasks, supervise development and manage WP devs
• Hands-on with data (can set tasks to Data Analyst and analyze dashboard to get leverage)
• Proven track of employee development (from jun to middle)
• Experience of Integration of AI/Automatisation into SEO workflows is not necessary but highly desirable
