Growth Product Manager (Native/App)

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of Product Marketing Manager (App), Product Manager (App), Growth Product Manager (App);
• Experience with web, mobile;
• Multifunctional work with different stakeholders;
• Knowledge of digital product development processes;
• Knowing of AB-testing;
• Product research;
• Experience in depth interviews;
• Knowledge of creating and working with the hypothesis;
• Data analysis and interpretation. Ability to analyze data;
• Experience with users research: NPS, CES & CSAT, other;
• Knowing of analytics system: GA4, Tableau, Firebase + Firebase Analytics, Flurry, Amplitude, Mixpanel;
• Mobile A/B testing: Apptimize, Firebase Remote Config, other;
• App Store Optimization: Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, other;
• Understanding: OneSignal, Firebase Cloud Messaging;
• English B2+.

Responsibilities:

• Perform surveys, interviews, and focus groups for obtaining actionable insights about the consumer's needs and product usage experience;
• Perform consumer research and competitive analyses to develop in-depth knowledge of buyer personas, key category trends, and competitive landscape;
• Working with analytics and searching for growth hypotheses;
• Formation of product growth hypotheses and conducting AB-tests;
• Influence and be responsible for LTV, CR, revenue and other indicator.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems;
• Knowledge of GTM;
• Knowledge of Event Based Analytics;
• Cases of improvement of product results;
• Knowledge of Growth Hacking.
