Head of MarTech/BizDevTech/PartnershipTech Department

Primary responsibilities and priorities will include:

  1. Manage cross-departmental coordination and project management across Deep Knowledge Group’s Business Development, MarTech and PartnershipTech, in close coordination with their respective Department Heads, assigning and controlling current tasks.
  2. Oversee the project management and implement proper project tracking (including automation).
  3. Create and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Google Drive and Google Documents.
  4. Create and enforce departmental policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to support organizational goals and initiatives, sharing information, resources, and best practices as needed.
  6. Manage and organize digital files and folders, ensuring information is easily accessible and properly organized.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and other forms of correspondence.
  8. Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects or assignments.
  9. Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements, attendee management, and documentation.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
  12. Set up and lead the marketing strategy of the company and its subsidiaries, with a focus on B2B 
  13. Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
  14. Find innovative solutions to challenges that arise.
  15. View the operation holistically and effectively communicate tasks to each team member, testing and providing guidance as needed to address any issues
  16. Communicate effectively with partners to maximize revenue, minimize risks, and establish a strong market reputation
  17. Utilize and leverage MarTech tools, especially HubSpot, to enhance marketing effectiveness

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Fluent English: written and verbal skills
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  3. Experience of working with SaaS products 
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
  5. Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot is preferred.
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  7. Able to demonstrate history of successful client acquisitions as well as revenue generation
