Middle Project Manager / Business Analyst

ImproveIT Solutions is looking for a talented and ambitious Middle Project Manager / Business Analyst to work on diverse and interesting projects. Requirements:

Experience in Project Management is desirable at least 3+ years. If experience is lacking, it is important to have the ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques.

High level of English language proficiency (B2) to communicate effectively with international clients. 

Self-confidence, initiative, ability to persuade clients and resolve conflicts. The ability to maintain control in stressful situations and make decisions is important.

Understanding of the technological aspects of the project and the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions.

The ability to work with people, communicate effectively with clients and the team

Main responsibilities:

Project management: ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that project goals are met.

Communication with clients: negotiating, formulating requirements, presenting solutions, justifying technical approaches.

Planning, controlling, and coordinating project processes: managing resources, assessing risks, ensuring effective team interaction.

Supporting project documentation: creating reports, conducting task management, monitoring task performance.

Working with technical teams: understanding complex technical issues and communicating them effectively to the client.

Business analysis: collecting, analyzing, and structuring requirements, preparing technical documentation, and supporting project changes.

Conditions:

Flexible schedule: Cooperation on an hourly basis, with the possibility of full-time workload if necessary for the duration of projects.

Type of employment: Hourly cooperation (workload may vary depending on projects).
