As we expand our customer base, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Success & Sales Representative to engage with potential customers after product demos and ensure they convert into paying clients.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential customers after they have attended a demo of our software. Your goal is to guide them through the decision-making process, address any concerns, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with potential customers after product demos to address questions and concerns.
Build strong relationships and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
Identify customer needs and demonstrate how our SaaS solution meets their requirements.
Provide tailored onboarding support to new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
Track interactions, feedback, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.
Continuously refine the follow-up process based on customer insights.
Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in sales, customer success, or account management (preferably in SaaS).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and explain software solutions to non-technical users.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
Experience with CRM tools and follow-up automation is a plus.
Familiarity with the chiropractic or healthcare industry is a bonus.
