PHP Backend Developer Offline

We are looking for a PHP Backend Developer (Mid-Level or higher) to join our team on a contractor basis. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bug fixes and specific backend tasks for our project on an hourly basis.
 

Project Overview

• The project involves working on an existing PHP backend system (RCR), ensuring smooth functionality and resolving minor issues.
• Tasks will be assigned on a per-task basis, focusing on fixing bugs and implementing small backend improvements.
• Direct communication with an English-speaking client is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP (7.x/8.x) and OOP principles.
• Experience with Laravel, Symfony, or another PHP framework.
• Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and database design best practices.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Experience working in a contractor/freelance model.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) for direct client communication.
