Support Manager (Turkish Language) Offline

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Support Manager with Turkish language skills to join our team in the Gambling industry.
 

๐Ÿ”น Responsibilities:

  • Work with the admin panel: reviewing and processing game-related requests, managing user accounts.
  • Providing customer support via chat and email.
  • Resolving technical and financial issues (deposits, withdrawals, verification, etc.).
  • Escalating complex issues to the technical or financial departments.
  • Maintaining reports on user requests and support activity.
     

๐Ÿ”น Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Turkish (mandatory).
  • Experience in Customer Support within the Gambling / iGaming industry.
  • English proficiency sufficient to work with documentation.
  • Ability to quickly navigate admin panels.

  • Strong communication skills, stress resilience, and a responsible attitude.
