UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual direction of our SaaS platforms.
 

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the principles of information architecture, typography and atomic design.
• Stay updated on the latest Figma features, ability to work with components and autolayouts in Figma.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides and skills of working with prototypes.
• Continuous analysis of how the UX can be improved. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• English level of at least Upper-Intermediate for direct communication with customers. Working with customer requests and adapting the design to their needs.
• Meet deadlines and adhere to project scopes for timely delivery.
   

Requirements:

• Team-oriented and willing to accept feedback.
• Proactivity in identifying and solving problems early on. Flexibility and adaptability in workflow approach depending on the project.
• Deep understanding of the designer’s role as a problem solver for users and the business.
• Ability to articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions and their impact on business objectives.
• Calm and stress-resistant in work situations.
