Product Designer

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team in our Vinnytsia office. 

As a Product Designer at Warmy.io, you will work with a team of designers while also actively contributing to product design. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across all platforms.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Vinnytsia, Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms. 
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure a seamless user experience. 
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and apply them to improve UX/UI designs. 
• Create and maintain design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. 
• Continuously improve existing features based on user feedback, analytics, and design trends. 
• Ensure all designs are consistent with Warmy.io’s branding and usability standards. 
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to enhance product quality. 
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers. 
• Collaborate with remote designers to ensure alignment and consistency across all projects.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong UI/UX experience, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Knowledgeable about the latest design technologies and industry trends.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design skills across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for solving complex design challenges.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals (a plus, but not required).
• Fluent English - both written and spoken.
• Experience in email technologies or MarTech is a plus.
