System Analyst Offline

Project: API Governance aims to create and implement structured policies and processes to manage API usage within an organization. This project will help the organization improve the efficiency of API development and implementation, ensure their alignment with business needs, and drive innovation through openness and reuse.
 

Your future responsibilities:

• Validation, publication and support of APIs, performance improvement and bug fixing tasks
• Configuring API Gateway in terms of security, routing, logging, observability, authentication and authorization
• Monitoring and ensuring API availability on API Gateway
• Developing and updating documentation for API Gateway, its architecture, custom plugins and integration with other systems
• Prompt resolution of incidents in the PROD environment
• Ordering, supporting and timely renewal of licenses for API Gateway
• Participation in Agile ceremonies, conducting technical grooming
• Monitoring and coordinating work on implementations, reviews and deployments of API Gateway in the industrial environment
• Mentoring the team and developing skill development plans
• Supporting meetings with key project participants, management and support
• Regular interaction with different domains on API and systems integration issues
• Consultations, joint discussions and adjustments of current API standards, their specifics, problems and feasibility. Analysis and development of new standards to achieve the goals of the Bank and the API Governance team

Your skills and experience:

• Understanding of RESTful API and SOAP principles
• Experience with API testing and documentation tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in understandable language
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies would be an advantage

• Регулярна взаємодія з різними доменами щодо питань інтеграції API та систем
• Консультації, спільні обговорення та коригування поточних API стандартів, їх специфіки, проблем та доцільності. Аналіз та розробка нових стандартів для досягнення цілей Банку та команди API Governance

Твій досвід та навички:

• Досвід роботи з API
• Розуміння принципів RESTful API та SOAP
• Досвід роботи з інструментами для тестування та документування API (Postman, Swagger тощо)
• Здатність аналізувати бізнес-вимоги та перетворювати їх у технічні специфікації
• Вміння ефективно спілкуватися з технічними та нетехнічними командами
• Здатність пояснювати складні технічні концепції зрозумілою мовою
• Досвід роботи з Agile або Scrum методологіями буде перевагою
