GTM Engineer/SDR/AE (AI startup)

We seek an experienced a GTM expert who wants to join full-time to a future unicorn. We’re an early-stage startup funded by top Ukrainian funds.

Our mission: eliminate spam in cold outreach by improving communication from B2B salespeople using hyper-personalization.

What You’ll Do (by priority)

1. Sales / Demand generation. Dog food the product using lead generation, enrichment, prompting & other sales/SDR/LDR skills. And, eventually contribute your experience & ideas to the product.
2. Sales / SDR & AE (if you'd like). Reply and convert prospects by running outbound campaigns, conducting demos (optional), and iterating on sales tactics to help us close deals.
3. Marketing / Research. Assist in marketing activities (join SaaS communities, collect databases/spreadsheets, etc.)
4. SalesOps / Generalist. Help teammates by executing various operational requests (e.g. setup CRM, & various toolset setup, etc.)

What You'll Need

• High level of autonomy and self-management.
• Results-oriented mindset: you are excited about fueling the 10x growth and success of Execue by valuing results higher than pure process (although, we love process).
• Experience in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Advanced level of written & spoken English.
