Salesforce Developer with Pardot Expertise

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Pardot (Account Engagement) to join our freelance team and contribute to a variety of impactful projects. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Salesforce development and deep understanding of marketing automation through Pardot.

You will work remotely with a dynamic team, building and optimizing Salesforce solutions tailored to our clients' needs — with a particular focus on marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign management using Pardot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Design, build, and manage automated marketing campaigns in Pardot, including lead scoring, email templates, engagement programs, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement Pardot best practices that align with business goals.
  • Optimize Salesforce Flows and processes to support Pardot integrations and data consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Assist with CRM and Pardot integration, ensuring proper data mapping and sync behavior.
  • Translate marketing strategies into scalable, automated workflows using Salesforce and Pardot tools.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) — including automation rules, dynamic content, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development: LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Flows.
  • Experience working with at least two Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce admin tools and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
