SEO Specialist
The New Normal Analytics is a London-based boutique analytics consultancy, and we are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join a 3-month project with a top 20 global pharmaceutical company on the client side. This role focuses on optimizing a large-scale, multi-country healthcare professional (HCP) website, and requires a professional capable of driving an end-to-end SEO strategy and execution.

π Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research including:
- Market-specific and regional search trends
- Medical vs. layperson terminology
- Long-tail and content opportunity mapping
- Search volume forecasting and prioritization
- Analyze competitors to identify gaps and content differentiation strategies
- Classify and cluster keywords by intent (informational, navigational, transactional)
- Develop a content opportunity matrix and map keywords to site structure
- Deliver keyword research documentation aligned with SEO best practices and E-E-A-T principles
- Recommend content improvements for better ranking and user engagement
- Identify underserved topics and UX opportunities to stand out from competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide SEO-informed content planning
β What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience in SEO. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare domains is desirable but not mandatory
- Track record of delivering SEO strategies for large, localized websites
- Good to have understanding of medical terminology, compliance, and HCP content
- Expertise in technical SEO, content gap analysis, and E-E-A-T guidelines
- Ability to independently manage and deliver SEO projects from start to finish
- Comfortable working in regulated industries and collaborating with global teams
- English level Upper Intermediate or above
