Senior Web3 Backend Dev (Scoping, Estimation Focus + Dev Support)

I'm running a Web3 development studio and need a senior backend/Web3 developer to help me:

- Review client requests
- Define technical scope and break down features
- Estimate timelines and complexity
- Highlight risks, missing pieces, or hidden complexity
- (Optionally) Jump into dev tasks when needed

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go
- Solid Web3 knowledge: Solidity, Rust, web3.js, ethers.js
- Strong experience with Solana & EVM
- Integration experience with DEX protocols: Uniswap, 1inch, Jupiter, PumpSwap etc.
- Familiar with cross-chain solutions like LayerZero
- Clear, efficient communicator who can give fast, accurate scope/estimates (No BS)

Bonus: Experience building trading bots for Solana & EVM Chains
