Senior Data Scientist

An international IT company that helps businesses worldwide create innovative software products is looking for Senior Data Scientist. Founded in 2002, today it unites over 2,000 professionals across 41 countries, developing solutions for leading companies, including those in the Fortune 500.

This is a long-term project for a Swiss media company. Its portfolio includes approximately 140 companies in print and digital media, radio, sports media, technology, as well as leading online platforms for cars, real estate, and job opportunities.

What you will do:
- Work with various datasets from the media group (6,500+ employees, more than 20 countries, publishing, and marketplaces).
- Utilize statistics, machine learning, and deep learning to solve business problems.
- Analyze user behavior, interests, and business data to optimize monetization models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI/ML products.
- Visualize and explain results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay up to date with and implement the latest research (e.g., LLM, NLP, Hugging Face) to support the current technological landscape.

Requirements: experience with Machine Learning, NLP, and LLM.
