React Native Middle Developer (AI-Powered, Speed-Oriented) to $2500

We're on the hunt for a Middle React Native Developer who’s fast, flexible, and deeply immersed in the AI-first development era. If you're still coding like it's 2019, this one's not for you.
 

✅ Must-Haves:

• 2-4 years of hands-on React Native experience
• Strong Firebase knowledge (Auth, Firestore, Functions, etc.)
• Active user of Cursor AI (non-negotiable – this is your primary IDE)
• Daily driver of tools like ChatGPT, Lovable, V0, etc.
• Comfortable building things fast with AI – speed > polish
• Experience integrating with APIs like OpenAI
• Confident with AI-assisted workflows and automation
   

➕ Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Livekit or other real-time communication tools
• Good eye for rapid UI building using V0 or similar tools
   

💻 Interview Format (Read Carefully):

We don't do leetcode, we do real-world execution. Your interview will be:

• A 30-minute live task: build a meaningful mini web app in front of us
• Use Cursor AI (mandatory) + any AI tools you prefer
• No need to obsess over code structure – we’re looking at speed, flow, and outcome
• If you show up using a different IDE than Cursor — you're instantly disqualified.
   

We’re not trying to trick you or burn your time — we just want to see how fast and smart you can move when AI is in your toolkit.
