As our new Cloud Support Engineer (Azure & O365), you will be responsible for delivering IT Support L1, managing and supporting Crayon systems, providing internal staff support, ensuring services meet SLAs, and maintaining the local office. This role provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow your technical skills with the aim of advancing your career within IT and Cloud. 

 

Key responsibilities will include

- Providing multi-channel support, such as Zendesk, email, phone and in-person, for all Crayon staff, including service desk and infrastructure tickets, and hands-on assistance with key tools and applications.

- Delivering technical assistance related to Azure, Office365, infrastructure servers, computer systems, software, hardware, and managed virtual machines.

- Challenging the status quo, whilst proactively looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Defining and documenting best practices and strategies regarding application integration and infrastructure maintenance within Zendesk and other systems to build on the knowledge base articles.

 

Your Competencies

- 1+ years of experience in IT support related roles.

- Experience working in a cloud environment, ideally within Azure and M365.

- Ability to formulate and execute integration tests, load tests, and performance tests on a basic level.
