Project Manager

About Us:

PartingPro is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We develop user-friendly, innovative web-based solutions and are seeking a professional who understands how to build and manage web projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively using project management tools.
• Define and document clear, structured, and well-written tasks and requirements in ticketing systems.
• Oversee the development and optimization of CRM-based products, ensuring excellent user experience.
• Work with Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Trello, ClickUp.
• Organize and document project-related information effectively using Notion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
• Strong understanding of web project development processes and best practices.
• Experience working with CRM systems and developing user-friendly products.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
• Experience with task management systems like Jira, Linear, Trello, ClickUp.
• Ability to use Notion for documentation, planning, and knowledge management.
• Prior experience in programming, databases, or mobile application development is a plus.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to document tasks clearly.
• Availability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 Kyiv time.

What We Offer:

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month
• Paid U.S. holidays
• 15 days of paid vacation per year
• Fully remote position
