L2 and L3 support (VMware stack)

Requirements: 

o Advanced troubleshooting for escalated VMware stack issues (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, etc.) 

o Detailed analysis of complex issues related to vSphere, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, and other included products. 

o In-depth examination of configuration and deployment problems. 

o Root cause analysis of recurring or critical issues. 

§ VMWare Configuration expertise, which include: 

o Support with advanced configuration settings and optimization for performance and scalability.

o Guidance on best practices for deploying and managing the VCF environment. 

o Providing detailed documentation and how-to guides for advanced configurations and troubleshooting. 

§ Incident and RCA reporting, SLA compliance, and GSS/TAC case handling 

§ Proactive health monitoring, patch management, and firmware coordination 

§ Infrastructure lifecycle support – VM provisioning, migrations, decommissioning 

§ Security hardening, DR testing, backup validation, and documentation upkeep
