About the Role: 

Our company invites a professional IT Researcher to work in a team of experienced, results-oriented, and great specialists. We offer you the opportunity to participate in the search for specialists who will collaborate with famous customers from Israel and Europe.

What you are involved in:

•  Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates
• CV screening according to vacancies requirements 
•  Identify the best matching talents for our clients' teams
• Initial contact with candidates and processing them to the recruitment team
•  Execute various market analyses required to help filling in vacancies faster 
•  Maintenance of databases and related reports
•  Monitoring the relevance of vacancies on job portals

What background do you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in searching for IT vacancies
• Knowledge of the IT market 
• Intermediate level of English and excellent communication skills

• Proficient PC user (Experience with Excel, Word)

• Highly responsible and motivated person
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Strong networking skills
• Team player: work closely with recruiters
• Be aware and make use of the market’s newest recruitment tools
