Junior Technical Support Engineer (Level 1) Offline
Hello! 🚀 We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Level 1) to join our team and help ensure seamless operations across our internal systems and products. You’ll be the first line of support, assisting employees with technical issues, managing requests in Jira Service Management, and working with our internal CRM.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 months of experience in technical support;
- Willingness to learn and tackle unfamiliar challenges;
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with and configuring CRM systems;
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems;
- Understanding of IP telephony principles;
- Technical background or education.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and processing requests from company employees via Jira Service Management and Skype regarding various company product-related issues;
- Working with internal CRM: configuration, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues;
- Supporting a custom Telegram client: user account management, coordinating new version installations, collecting feedback, and maintaining documentation;
- Communicating with development teams in case of complex incidents.
