Sales Agent ( Turkish Language)

We’re looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Agent with Turkish language skills to join our team and work with traffic in the iGaming niche. Your main task will be to engage with the client and hand them over to the retention team for further support.
 

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Working with warm and cold leads (calls and messaging).
• Consulting clients, presenting the product, and motivating them to use the platform.
• Handling objections with a personalized approach for each client.
• Maintaining records and reporting in the CRM system.
   

🔹 What we expect:

• Excellent command of the Turkish language (required).
• Experience in the iGaming niche.
• Strong communication skills via phone and messengers.
• Ability to confidently persuade and close deals.
• Responsibility and ability to work with different types of leads (cold & warm).
