Sales manager

We're looking for a full-time IT sales manager to join our team and to help us find customers for web development projects.

The candidate is to be a self-driven and highly motivated person who plans his/her own work himself, reaches goals with appropriate quality in the planned timeframe and is open to learning something new each day.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients for web development services

- Prepare proposals and estimations for potential clients

- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure client requirements are met

Skills:

- Strong top-level understanding of modern web development technologies and typical web apps / projects

- Experience with Upwork is a plus

- Spoken/written English (at least C1 is a must)
