Business Analyst

Askep.net is one of the Top-5 medical information systems in Ukraine, we are constantly expanding our capabilities and are looking for an ambitious and Business analyst who is wants to start their career in a product company and work with healthcare domain.

You are a perfect fit for this role if you have: 

•  1+ years of experience in business analysis role;
•  At least B1 English level;    
•  Knowledge of SDLS and Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban); 
•  Experience with Jira, Confluence; 
• Skills in finding, structuring and analyzing information, including identifying customer needs and proactively responding to them. 
• Ability to focus on results while maintaining a customer focus. 

You will be responsible for: 

• Requirements gathering and analysis: 
• Collect requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys; 
• Analyze the received requirements for consistency, completeness and feasibility; 
• Document requirements in the form of User Stories, BRD, SRS. 
• Business process documentation: 
• Describe business processes using BPMN/UML; 
• Analyze current business processes and propose improvements; 
• Prepare specifications and technical tasks for development; 
• Interaction with the team: 
•  Participate in daily stand-ups, retrospectives, planning; 
• Explain requirements to the development and testing team; 
• Project life cycle support: 
• Maintain Jira tickets, update task statuses; 
• Prepare presentations and demonstrations of functionality; 
• Verify compliance of the developed functionality with requirements. 
• Interaction with stakeholders: 
• Participate in meetings and discussions with business customers; 
• Cooperation with other departments of the company.
