Who you are:
• You have strong knowledge of User Experience and User Interface design;
• You are familiar with Figma;
• You are capable of delivering clean and neat high-fidelity mockups;
• You are ready to self-educate and learn things from above rapidly, delivering the result in time.
Additional stars if:
♦ You understand why UX never works without the UI;
♦ You have a strong visual taste;
♦ You remember all possible design patterns;
♦ You can advocate your decisions with the client in English;
♦ You think so that your users don’t have to.
We welcome your willingness to develop your skills in designing complex solutions, cross-platform platforms, and robust design systems. We could guide, share our knowledge, and support you in the journey to a skilled UX/UI Designer.
As a designer, you'll:
• Understand users’ and customers’ needs;
• Translate requirements into wireframes and high fidelity designs;
• Create user flows and interactive prototypes that make sense for business owners;
• Ensure that designs are well-structured and pixel-perfect;
• Take part in the estimation processes.
Here are some examples of tasks you would be doing:
“Based on the existing branding, design a wizard to onboard new customers to a fintech platform.” “Come up with 2-3 visual concepts for a new feature page.” “Transform mobile version of the system into native app design.”
