Support Manager (Gambling - Turkish language)
Our team is looking for an attentive and responsible Support Manager with knowledge of Turkish language ββto work in the online casino niche.
Responsibilities:
* Working with the casino admin panel: checking and processing game requests, managing user accounts.
* Consulting clients via chat and email.
* Resolving technical and financial issues of clients (deposits, withdrawals, verification, etc.).
* Escalation of complex issues to the technical or financial department.
* Reporting on requests and work with users.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of Turkish (required).
* Experience in support service in Gambling, iGaming.
* Proficiency in English at a level sufficient to work with documentation.
* Ability to quickly navigate the admin panel.
* Sociability, stress resistance, responsibility.
